Hyenas or Businessmen?
Maximise and Minimise are only ever used together in one sentence when it comes to business, and surprisingly make sense. Maximising efficiency and minimising cost basically sums up every business person's dream, and also shows that they're greedy hyenas.
The main motive of a business is profit maximisation. I've heard someone ask why? Why profit maximisation? Because NGO's and your corporate social responsibility don't fill your bowl with caviar. Don't get me wrong, CSR is the main and most important part of an organisation, and it has a ton of benefits.
I deem you unfit for business if you assume businessmen do it because they suddenly want to give back to society, or they're feeling generous, or guilty. It's an amazing marketing strategy, like borderline genius.
Let me make this quick: A business donates to charity, helps an underprivileged community, cleans a lake, etc, etc. Why? So they can post a reel/pictures on social media and receive praise, which in turn helps them gain people's trust, which equals more popularity and revenue.
In a way, the government is helping the business because why would a businessperson ever do something for free? Sure, you're giving back to society, but that's it? This is business ma, return is everything. Hyenas remember.
But you may wonder, how is this even possible? How can someone make 10k while spending 50 rupees? Apart from firing you and half the workforce of your company, and overworking the remaining, and replacing you with AI? Not a chance.
Or so I thought. You know what kind of businessmen make the most cash? The ones who play with the concept of hope. This emotion alone can buy you islands, I stress on the s.
If I were to ever pick a mentor on how to be a successful business owner, I'd pick a Baba or a self-help guru. Because what do you mean someone comes to you for advice and you go "Success is going to touch you in 5 days" or "consistency is key, it'll happen when it's bound to", and they leave you hefty donations, with no returns, no guarantee, no refund? Wow. True business mastermind.
Brb, looking for a Baba to mentor me after I graduate B-school.
